Liberalized Electricity Market

YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

Choose Energy Market AD - the reliable supplier of electricity!

What is a liberalized market?

The liberalization of the electricity market goes through several phases: the first phase requires mandatory entry into the free market of medium voltage facilities, and the second - low voltage facilities including small and medium business (non-residential subscribers) and the upcoming third phase - household subscribers.

Energy Market AD has a license №L-194-15 / 28.11.2005 for “electricity trading”, as well as a license for “coordinator of standard balancing group and combined balancing group”. The license is valid until 28.11.2025. The company is among the three largest suppliers on the free market, with over 2800 subscribers, part of the EM group.

WHO DOES IT APPLY TO?

The changes affect all legal entities (non-residential customers) connected to the electricity distribution network - low voltage, whether for rent or in their own premises.

Legal entities that do not conclude a contract with an electricity trader by October 1, 2020, will remain at ex officio tariffs on the free market, and have this opportunity until June 30, 2021.

If you have not been able to change supplier or you are not satisfied with the conditions with your new electricity supplier on the open market, you can change the trader by the 10th of each month. The transition takes time, so it is recommended not to wait for the last moment.

7 EASY STEPS TO MOVE TO THE LIBERALIZED MARKET
